What Involve Resume does

The three things Involve Resume does, what is free and what is paid, and what it will never do. Read this first.

Updated 2026-09-04Getting started

Involve Resume does three things. Everything on the screen belongs to one of them. Knowing which is which saves you a lot of clicking.

1. It finds jobs

You can search, filter and read every job without an account and without paying. Each job shows the role, the employer, the location, and how you would apply to it.

We leave out any job ad with no description, or with no country and no "remote" label. That is why we have fewer jobs than some big job sites, and why every job we show can be scored.

2. It tailors the resume you already have

You upload one resume. For one specific job, we change the order of your points, adjust the wording, and bring back things you wrote elsewhere.

It never makes anything up. If a rewrite adds a number, an employer, a product or a date that is not in your own text, a built-in check (the "fabrication guard") throws it away. We tell you when that happens. We do not try to fix half of it, because we cannot tell where it went wrong.

Every change is shown before and after, with a reason. The reason names the employer's word and your word. A change goes into your file only when you say yes.

3. It helps you send the application

There are four ways to apply. Each job shows its way before you press anything:

Way to applyWhat happens
Sent for youWe send it on a job site that accepts it
Filled for youThe form opens in a real tab and is filled in. You press send
By hand, with helpA screen shows your answers in the same order as that site's form, ready to copy
RefusedWe do not apply on this site at all, and we tell you why

"Refused" is a choice we made on purpose. We never automate LinkedIn, because it could get your own account blocked. Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS and Taleo need a login that only the employer can give you, so we leave them out too.

However you apply, the application goes on your tracker. It shows the stage, the date and which resume you sent.

What is free and what is paid

Most of the work happens in your browser and costs us no money. You pay for the steps that use our AI writer: rewriting sentences, translating your resume, redrafting messages, and preparing an application in the queue.

That is how the prices work. Reading jobs is free. Editing and downloading a resume is free. Scoring your resume against a job, tailoring, applying and the extension are paid. Prices start at a one-off credit of three euros for one resume.

What it does not do

  • It does not apply to every job automatically. About three out of four jobs do not accept applications that way, from anyone.
  • It does not write experience you do not have.
  • It does not answer questions on a form about work permits, visas, citizenship, health, disability, ethnicity, gender or date of birth.
  • The toolbar button never sends anything. It only fills in the form.

Next: create your account and upload your resume, then get your first match score. Or open the job board and look around first.

Questions about this

Do I need to pay to look around?

No. Searching jobs, the resume editor, every design and country format, and the PDF or Word download are all free. Scoring your resume against a job ad is the first thing you pay for.

Does my resume get uploaded to a server?

The file does not. Reading your resume, scoring it, tailoring it, checking for made-up words and making the file all happen in your own browser. Four buttons send text to our AI writer: rewrite a line, redraft a message, the extension's preparation step, and translating your resume. When you approve or download a resume, its text is saved to your account, and you can delete it.

Is this a resume template site?

The free plan is close to one. The paid plans help you with one job at a time: score your resume against it, tailor your resume for it, apply to it, and track what happened.

Start with the part you need

Most people need one of the three. Read that section and skip the rest until you need it.
